The room was spacious, the staff were friendly. It was an easy reach by bus > train to Milano Centrale with the bus stop right in front of the hotel.

The staff's attitude was definitely one of the things we really appreciated, and the hotel's location was also great.

The mirror in the bathroom is a little smudged.

As I mentioned above, there are no amenities such as an iron or a kettle.

Quiet, tidy, room size excellent, great storage, comfortable bed, superb shower.
Areas for improvement:
Shame there was no bar but not a huge issue. It was winter and it would have been nice to have a quiet drink in comfort without going out.
